Dainese Singapore offers a 14-day return period for all gear and apparel, provided items are in original, unworn condition with all protective tags and packaging intact. We are committed to ensuring your safety and satisfaction by facilitating seamless exchanges for sizing or performance needs.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to 'Order History' to select the item you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the item in its original Dainese packaging, ensuring all armor inserts, documentation, and tags are included before sealing the box securely.

• 3.
  Ship or Drop-off

  Affix the return label to your package and drop it off at a designated courier point, or visit our Singapore flagship store for an in-person inspection and return.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
